Returns
  1. The Customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment under the terms described in § VI of the Terms and Conditions and the Act of March 2, 2000, on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended).
  2. Products should be properly packed and secured for transport.
  3. The return procedure applies only to goods that show no signs of installation.
  4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
  5. Please download, complete, and attach the withdrawal form from the “Downloadable Files” section to the shipment.
  6. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
  7. Failure to comply with the above recommendations will be grounds for rejecting the return of the goods.
Complaints
  1. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
  2. Products should be properly packed and secured for transport.
  3. In the case of a justified complaint, the damaged product will be replaced with another, fully functional one, and if this is not possible (e.g., due to stock depletion), the store will refund the transaction costs incurred by the Customer or offer them other available products from the store.
  4. If the purchased product was damaged during shipping, please return it along with a copy of the received invoice and a damage report prepared with the courier, including a detailed description of the reasons for the complaint.
  5. Transaction refunds are processed via bank transfer. In the case of payments made through the CashBill system, the refund will be sent to the account from which the payment was received. In other cases, the refund will be sent to the account number provided in the return form and return protocol.
  6. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
  7. Complaints regarding differences in the appearance of the ordered goods compared to those received, resulting from differences in the Customer’s monitor settings, particularly in colors and shades, do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
  8. The store is not responsible for non-conformity of goods with the contract if the buyer was aware of this non-conformity.
  9. The following are not covered by complaints:
    • Products damaged due to improper installation
    • Natural wear and tear of the product
    • Mechanical damage
    • Visible defects noticed at the time of receiving the package but not reported immediately upon discovery
    • Water damage
How to return products to the store:
1. Pack the products you want to return
Remember to secure the returned goods against damage by using appropriate padding. Pack the shipment in a regularly shaped cardboard box or a courier company’s shipping bag. Seal the package with tape. Do not use stretch wrap.
2. Send the package to us.

3. Wait for the refund
We will refund your money within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the account number provided in the withdrawal form.
